Terms of Use

By using the Daily Home Cleaning Schedule app ("Home Cleaning", the "App") you agree to these Terms. The App is published by SELECTA LAB LLC (Ukraine), "we" or "us". If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License and permitted use

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on your devices for your own household cleaning planning, under these Terms and Apple's applicable terms.

Premium subscriptions and in-app purchases

Home Cleaning Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription with a monthly and an annual plan. Prices are shown in the App before you buy and are charged in your local currency by Apple. A free trial is available only when the App Store offers it to your account, and the paywall shows it when it does.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings (in the App: Settings > Manage subscription). Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription. You can restore a previous purchase with Restore Purchases (in the App: Settings > Restore purchases, or on the paywall). Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Prohibited use

You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the App, not to interfere with its operation or with the services it uses, and not to use it in breach of the law.

User responsibility

You decide what to plan and do. The App is a planning tool for household tasks; follow the safety instructions of cleaning products and equipment you use, and keep your device secure. The data you enter stays on your device, so you are responsible for your own backups of your phone.

Notifications and availability

Reminders are local notifications that depend on your phone's settings, permissions and battery or focus modes; they may be delayed or not shown. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Intellectual property

The App, its design, texts, illustrations and the ready-made task library belong to SELECTA LAB LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not give you any ownership rights. The tasks, rooms and names you enter remain yours.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SELECTA LAB LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for loss of data arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law of your country.

Suspension, updates and changes

We may update the App, change or discontinue features, or update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continued use after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
